Orders
Can I order T-shirts and digital downloads together?
Yes. One cart can hold both. Digital files are delivered by download link, and T-shirts are printed and shipped separately.
When is my order confirmed?
Only once the payment provider has confirmed your payment. You then receive a confirmation, your download links for digital items, and your T-shirts go into production.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each tee is printed to order, changes are only possible before it goes into production. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best.
T-shirts
How does the fit run?
Our tees have a relaxed unisex fit. For a closer fit, choose one size down. Check the size chart for exact measurements.
How should I wash my tee?
Wash cold inside out and tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print.
When will my order arrive?
Each tee is printed to order. See the shipping section for production and delivery estimates.
Digital downloads
Will I receive a physical item?
No. This is a digital download: you receive printable files, nothing is shipped.
How do I download my files?
Right after payment you get a download link on the confirmation page and by email.
Where can I print it?
At home on matte paper, or at any local or online print shop. Choose the file that matches your frame size.
Can I sell the prints?
No. The files are for personal use only and may not be resold or shared.
