Questions & answers

Can my dog be a queen, a general or a knight?

Yes. Tell us in the notes (a tiara and pearls, a military uniform with medals, armor...) and we paint your dog that way.

Can I add two pets?

Send us a message with both photos before ordering and we tell you what we can do.

Is the canvas ready to hang?

Yes. The canvas is stretched on a wooden frame and arrives ready to hang.

When will my order arrive?

We draw your portrait first, then it is printed to order. See the shipping section for delivery estimates.
